Our live video monitoring is different. AI picks out people and vehicles on your cameras. A trained operator checks the live video and steps in right away. They speak to the person over a speaker, set off the siren and strobes, and call police if needed. A person checks every alert, so you get zero false alarms. A guard can only be in one spot. We watch every camera at once and act while it's happening. Our clients see crime drop by 98% or more, and our verified response takes about one minute.
Our two biggest groups of clients are construction sites and property managers. That second group covers strata buildings, rental apartment buildings, shopping centres and strip malls, office and industrial properties, and warehouses and distribution centres.
What live video monitoring is
Live video monitoring means a trained person watches your cameras and responds when something happens. Some call it remote video monitoring, remote guarding or virtual guarding. It's a guard's job, done through cameras and speakers.
Recorded CCTV
Cameras record footage. It helps as evidence later, but nobody is watching, so nothing stops the crime while it's happening.
Alarm monitoring
A sensor such as a door contact or motion detector trips, and a monitoring company gets a signal. They often can't see what set it off, so many calls are false and police may give them lower priority.
Live video monitoring
AI detection flags activity, an operator looks at live video to confirm what's happening, and then acts by speaking to the person, setting off deterrents, and calling police with a verified report.

Our 24/7 security camera monitoring runs from our own command centre in Richmond, BC, close to most of our Lower Mainland clients. Operators handle sites in all four western provinces with the same procedures.

AI detection and false-alert filtering
Cameras and software pick out people and vehicles in the zones and hours you set. Our false alert filters ignore the usual causes of false alarms, such as weather, animals, headlights and shadows.
Operator verification
Every alert goes to a trained, licensed operator, who watches the live video and confirms what's going on. Is it an intruder or a resident coming home late? Nothing is escalated on guesswork. Because every camera is on our video walls during your monitored hours, operators watch the cameras live at all times, not only when an alert fires. While competitors watch alerts, we watch your site.
Voice-down, strobe and siren
If someone shouldn't be there, the operator speaks to them directly through an on-site speaker. "This is private property. Do not enter. Leave now." If the warning is ignored, the siren and strobe lights go on, which causes most intruders to retreat. Our voice-down and audio deterrents are designed to end it there. Your site contacts are notified in real time.
Police dispatch with verified video (why verified alarms get priority)
If the person stays or the situation is serious, a supervisor calls 911 and tells police how many people there are, what they're doing, and where on the property they are. Meanwhile the operator uses the 360° PTZ camera to take close-up photos of faces and licence plates, and the supervisor stays on the line until police arrive. Police treat a verified crime in progress differently from an unconfirmed alarm, because they know it's real.

Your existing cameras
Many strata buildings, malls and warehouses already have cameras that only record. We can monitor any ONVIF-compliant camera, whatever the brand, and turn that system into a monitored one. At least 5 Mbps upload per active camera is ideal. Our existing camera monitoring service adds cloud storage and remote viewing.
Fixed cameras
This is our regular service. We install and maintain smart AI cameras, such as long-view telephoto and 180° wide-angle cameras, 360° PTZ cameras for close-ups, and ultra-low-light and thermal options, with speakers for voice-down. Cameras go on wooden or metal poles or on the building, running on site power, and every powered site gets a 24-hour backup power system for outages.
Solar/LTE towers
Only for remote sites with no power or internet (about 4% of the locations we monitor). Our solar camera towers arrive on a trailer with their own solar power, batteries and high-speed 5G internet.
Either way, one monthly fee covers equipment, delivery, installation, maintenance, high-speed 5G internet and live monitoring. A full deployment of pole and building cameras goes live in 5 to 7 days and can be sped up if you need it. Solar towers on remote sites deploy within 24 hours. 30-Day Performance Guarantee. Reporting and evidence (incident reports, clip export, QuickVision search)
Real-time updates. We post photos and short clips to your WhatsApp group as things happen. After an incident, your primary contact gets a call, and an email follows with a link to the HD video, the police file number and the incident details.
Intervention and monthly reports. Intervention reports log the operator's notes, timestamps and escalation steps. Monthly reports cover site activity, response times, deterred incidents and system uptime. Property managers can take them straight to a council meeting, an owner or an insurer.
Clip export. Video of verified events can be exported for police, insurers or your own records. Police can collect longer footage on a hard drive.
